I was blessed to spend my afternoon with the Baskin family today. They welcomed their newest member to their household yesterday. Miss Arizona surprised everyone coming into the world at 9lbs 4oz! She has the best chubby cheeks, the sweetest most precious cry, an amazing big brother and two phenomenal parents!

I adore these sessions because these are the most fleeting moments of parenthood. The days after the birth of a new baby when you are so ready to come home because lets be honest, who gets any rest in a hospital. Plus, Miss Arizona will already have changed by the time she gets home and remembering these the small details of the hospital stay are so important.
